  • 160 g butter + a little

  • 260 g flour + a little

  • 3/4 sachet baking powder

  • 120 g blond cane sugar

  • 3 eggs

    Melt the butter over very low heat. Butter and flour a kuglof mould. Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar in a mixing bowl. In another bowl, combine the eggs, melted butter, honey, and cream or yogurt. Add the dry ingredients and quickly mix everything together without working on the preparation.

    Roughly chop the pecans. Take one-third of the dough and add the pecans and coffee extract. Pour the regular batter into the mould, alternating with the coffee and nut batter.

  • 3.

    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Check doneness with the tip of a knife. Let it cool before removing it from the mold.
